• Educational Purpose: Our services are designed for revision, education, and study assistance. AI outputs are generated algorithmically and should be used as supplemental study aids.
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to upload content that is illegal, defamatory, infringes third-party intellectual property, or violates any applicable laws.
• System Integrity: You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, bypass rate limits, or compromise the security of our platform.

3. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the study materials, notes, and text that you upload. By uploading content, you grant Studymentals a limited, non-exclusive license to process and format that content solely for generating your requested learning outputs.
• Our Platform: The Studymentals brand, platform interface, software code, graphic designs, and proprietary algorithms are the exclusive property of Studymentals and its licensors.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require an active paid subscription or generation credits. Subscription terms, recurring billing schedules, and cancellation policies will be disclosed prior to checkout. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services and AI-generated outputs are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, Studymentals does not warrant that AI-generated songs, lyrics, or quizzes will always be complete, error-free, or suitable for official academic examinations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Studymentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, or security concerns. You may close your account at any time via your account settings.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
